Our foundations package provides you and your partner with essential knowledge and skills to prepare for childbirth. Through in-depth prenatal education, you’ll gain a clear understanding of the birth process, explore various options available to you, and develop a personalized birth plan. I will train your partner to be your doula and receive hands-on training in comfort measures and support techniques to ensure they feel confident in their role as your labor support person. You and your partner can also find comfort and reassurance with 3 hours of virtual labor assistance.

Most standard doula packages include 2-3 prenatal visits, labor support and 1 postpartum visit. I rise above the standard and continue to offer prenatal support with an additional 3 virtual coaching calls so that you can feel fully equipped and confident…that’s The Deluxe way! This personalized approach ensures you have the knowledge and support you need to fully immerse yourself in the transformative moment of birth.

A little note about your doula...
Hi there! I'm Crystal Feldman, an RN, wife, mom of 3, and passionate labor and postpartum doula and childbirth educator in Central Iowa. My faith in Christ guides my approach to birth work, where I believe in the inherent value of every life and strive to create a sacred and supportive space for everyone involved in the birthing process.
Working with women facing unplanned pregnancies has taught me that personal support is essential for success. While our society has access to great medical advancements, it's having compassionate support that truly impacts the lives of every woman and her family. Personal support tends to have a ripple effect, shaping not only the birth experience but also the long-term well-being and resilience of each person.
As an Enneagram 9, I bring a calming presence and empower you to navigate the world of birth with confidence. I believe in evidence-based practices and will help you advocate for your needs while creating a peaceful and positive birth experience.
I offer comprehensive doula services, including prenatal consultations, birth plan development, continuous labor support, and postpartum support including breastfeeding guidance.
